The Researcher Recruitment team is the first point of contact for any potential applicants considering joining our researcher family. Our User Experience team (the computer programme boffins) manages and develops our unique internal software. This software is used by our in-house team to allow us to manage the whole company efficiently – from taking all of our orders, to making sure every order is assigned to a researcher with the right qualifications. It also allows the customer, our in-house team and researchers to communicate among themselves easily.
The live chat team are on hand to help our customers, from their initial enquiry through to placing their order. The live chat advisors help customers in selecting the correct product, and guide them through the order placing process.
